Payton's 3rd birthday party
We had Payton's 3rd birthday party at the park across the street. The kids played games and had a water balloon toss.

Best ever chocolate chip cookies
The best ever chocolate chip cookies!
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 tbs. vanilla
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
2 cups choc. chips
Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
In a separate bowl blend butter and sugars. Once creamy add vanilla and eggs. Then mix in flour and choc. chips. Bake at 325 for 9-11 mins. Check them and take them out right before they start to brown. They will look a little uncooked but will come out perfect!
